They do not have to.are those specialists reporting to someone so it is included in side effect stats?
I have heard that many doctors are reporting to VAERS and having trouble having the reports go through. They do not have to.
While they are REQUIRED by law to report any other vaccination adverse effects (including Influenza, for example).
But Fauxci did not "feel" like adding the most dangerous, most experimental and most untested vaccine on the list. So no, nobody is required to report these adverse side effects or deaths.
Hence the low numbers reported on the actual VAERS site. Some statistical experts claim that the real numbers are about 10x the reported volume. Though I am not familiar with the method used to arrive at the 10x coefficient.

Prayers for your friend. No one, let alone a veteran, deserve such a thank you from big daddy government like this.Airborne buddy got his first Moderna shot in his left arm a few weeks ago 36 hours later his left leg and foot are paralyzed. Tried to blame it on his thyroid... still no movement. And yeah, he skipped the second shot.
Brother, you are not alone.Whew boy. I stopped paying attention to these threads for a while and look what I run into, again.
Back to ignore…
I mean, what's the worst that could happen?Oh look, now they want to mix the vaccines up like a cocktail for greater effect

By the CDC's own admission, only 1% to 10% of all adverse events are reported.I've heard the same thing. I think VAERS is conservative estimate at this time. It's also discouraged in some medical circles.
Here's what the former head of the CDC says:
Now they’re trying to attach covid to climate change
