Dang, ordered something Monday from Amazon and it still hasn't shipped.
Despite that, it arrived today as indicated when ordering. It's a replacement air horn for my bike since the current one makes only farty noises now.

Did you try gas x first? Helps with the farty noises
I'm going to send you the old horn with a suggested storage location. Pro tip: gas-x won't help with the discomfort. :p

I lifted farty noises from a guy on a bike forum, thought it was hilarious and accurate, too.

BP and O2 stats look good. Pulse a little high but not horrible.
My BP is in the normal range and my O2 is 98 or 99 but my pulse almost never drops under 100. If I throw my pulse oximeter on in the middle of the night it might be in the 90s. I saw 87 a few months ago...

Had a full cardiac work up, echo, stress-test, holter moni. It all looked good, just a high idle...
