Not a good way to go home for sure. Y'all be careful. Killing yourselves trying to get there won't help anything. It's worse than we thought or were told. She did go into full cardiac arrest. It took a while to get her heart started.
She is in CICU in Prescott, at last that's about an hour closer.
She in the med coma, with her body temp lowered to protect her brain. They wont start warming her up till early tomorrow and try waking her a few hours after that. They are worried about a cytokine storm when they try to wake her.
Were leaving about noon. I need a couple hours sleep.
I cant stand her boyfriend for reasons I wont make public. Hes lucky I dont have a hole pre dug just waiting on him. That and I abhor violence and would never hurt anyone. That said he let her go most of the day having trouble breathing and waited almost too long. She coded being carried to the ambulance. I'm like dude pull your head out. Anyways hes not married to her so at least theres that. To say hes not too smart is being kind.
I'm greatful for the prayers. If I can sleep a couple hours it would be helpful.
The wife is all tore up obviously and there is nothing I can do to help but get us out there. I checked flights but the only ones available go from DFW to Atlanta for a lay over then to Phoenix and dont leave till noon or later and cost like 500 dollars. So even if I put her on a plane she would only beat me by 6 hours so were gonna drive.
Not the way I wanna go home.
Saw some in Kroger's yesterday, some as much as $60.Thank you!! Too give you an idea of the size of that thing, it's sitting on a full cookie sheet.
I believe that! I pulled the sale tag off and it was supposed to be around 45 for this one. I've only had them at restaurants. At a restaurant it will easily cost you around 200 dollars. They're so good though.Saw some in Kroger's yesterday, some as much as $60.
If you do I recommend it! It was so good.I mentioned the price to a meat dept. employee, he said mostly paying for the bone.
I may get one if I ever see a price like you paid.
How did you cook it?If you do I recommend it! It was so good.
I did a salt brine for 24 hrs in the fridge, let it get to room temp before I cooked it. I seasoned it and then I cooked it in the oven on 200 it took about an hour til it reached 120. Then Andrew seared it on the grill. How did you cook it?
