    Helotes!
Since this is closer to Austin than San Antonio, I thought I'd post this here...

At the SAXET gun show yesterday, I was introduced to Scott of Bullit Proof Arms. He is a really nice guy who is opening a shop in Buda. He deals in ARs and AKs, has pretty good prices, and seems to know his stuff. He also does tactical training, if anyone's interested.

We're going to drive up one of these days soon to check out his new place, but those who are closer by should do so when they get a chance. I think you'll be impressed!

His shop can be found at 204 South Main Street, Buda, TX; and his number is (512) 826-9612 or you can contact him via email: bullitproofarms@hotmail.com.

    Cheers! M2

Actually, KaliJuan knows Scott better than I do (I just met the guy at the show), so maybe he can answer your questions; but calling him would probably be your best bet!

And I am also excited about the shop, since he does carry AK accessories as well as AR!

    Cheers! M2

Maybe he communicates better in person. So far I've either emailed or talked to him three times. My impression is I'm bothering him, so I haven't bothered to make the 40 mile trip.

Hi Kurt, I know he's been a bit busy in getting the store ready for its tentative May 1st opening, I'm sure he's not feeling bothered by ya Bro, just wanting to get everything setup and plus restocking after a few back to back gun shows. Give him some time, he'll touch base with ya :)

Yeah, Scott was real friendly at the show; but it's understandable that he's focused on getting the shop up and running.

And sorry, I didn't realize it wasn't open just yet! But once it is, we are definitely going by!

    Cheers! M2

I spoke with Scott at the SAXET show here in SA last Saturday, he's very close to opening the shop but still had a few last-minute details to take care of. He did say his FFL address change had gone through, so it should be any day now. I would still recommend calling him prior to making the trip to the shop, but if his prices are as good as the ones he had at the show, he's gonna have a lot of business on his hands!

I just got a gun transferred from him. He just got from surgery so instead of making me wait he had me meet him at his house, nice guy. 25$ for transfer. He told me he in the process of setting up a new shop and it might be a couple weeks. He just opened his website and he said he does CHLs.

    Whats a Arsenal Legion?

    One of these...

    0129935.jpg

Arsenal, Inc in Las Vegas, Nevada is the importer and converts the rifles from a sporting configuration back into as real of an AK as 922r will allow.

Legion is the custom shop at the Izmash Factory in Russia that originally produces the Saiga and sends them to the US.

    They are excellent AKs!

Yep, like that but with a sidefolder. I read Scott is an Arsenal dealer so I'm excited to go pick one out.
