This may not be a popular thought, but Trump being disqualified (reference the statute someone listed on a prior page) due to a Dem witch hunt could be the best thing that could happen.

    1. It would energize the conservative base, probably to a level we have not seen in a long time - perhaps ever.
    2. Trump would not be running. This is the point I know some will not care for at all. But the harsh reality is Trump did not get elected last time. Right or wrong, whether or not he truly won the legal vote - he did not get elected. He is not in the oval office. His running would energize the liberal base just as it did in the last election. His continued whining about the vote has turned off some conservatives, which means it likely has turned off the middle ground voters. I see no reason to believe he stands any chance if he runs again.

In this scenario with Trump the victim of a witch hunt and not running, we could take the senate, house and oval office. And then perhaps undo some of Biden's damage.

Sorry But I disagree. There is no way to disqualify Trump from running. Since he was eligible the first two times, he's still eligible again. There are only three requirements per the Constitution, and he still meets all three.

The Constitution lists only three qualifications for the Presidency — the President must be at least 35 years of age, be a natural born citizen, and must have lived in the United States for at least 14 years.

So if they think that getting him arrested, indicted or even convicted is going to disqualify Trump, they are sadly mistaken.

Those 87,000 new irs agents will be looking at every one of those supporters soon. I hope they all have good accountants and lawyers.
Something everyone can do, economic secession. Stop paying taxes.
It is even worse than initially reported! Why would the FBI want the staff to turn off surveillance?
That's SOP. First thing they do after securing the area is turn off or obscure any cameras.

Another thing I find troubling is that Secret Service at Mar-a-lago knew a few hours ahead that FBI was going to raid the place, but they only informed the staff right before the rail took place. The manager called Eric Trump after finding out it was fixing to happen.

Not even sure the Secret Service can be trusted either.

I have not studied this enough to pass judgement on the legality. Just saying if it did happen...

Why would the secret service be any better than the FBI these days?

    That place east of Waco....
From 7:20, Chris Saucedo suggests that States deny FBI operation within the States and offer employment to those " good men and women" agents who will resign in protest, and further, withhold funds from the federal government sufficient for their employment...

This would be States being proactive for the benefit of their citizens...

^^^^This. If the states shutdown the FBI's ability to operate within state borders, then we start to see progress. The FBI needs to return to its pre-Hoover state....an unarmed investigative support agency with no arrest or search powers.

Basically, per the site, only max 3% of gov doc. are kept!!!
The National Declassification Center (NDC) was created in 2009 ( Per Obummer Executive Order 13526) to streamline declassification processes. And the Office of Government Information Services (OGIS) was created in 2009 to offer mediation services to resolve disputes between Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requesters and agencies.
NARA’s mission is to provide public access to Federal Government records in its custody and control.
    A good read.
    Another that the dems missed
"Sec. 3.1. Authority for Declassification. (a) Information shall be declassified as soon as it no longer meets the standards for classification under this order.

    (b) Information shall be declassified or downgraded by:

    (1) the official who authorized the original classification, if that official is still serving in the same position and has original classification authority;"

Read sec 1.8 of order - challenges to classification, in particular,
    "(1) individuals are not subject to retribution for bringing such actions;
    (2) an opportunity is provided for review by an impartial official or panel;"

Basically DOJ was totally improper and NO authority in the situation!!! Per Obama's Executive Order!!

My wife grew up in the old USSR (Moscow). She has a difficult time sleeping after seeing this kind of crap because there are to many similarities to the tactics being used to crush political adversaries.
Who do you think the Dems learned it from? I realized this morning why the Dems are making such a show of suddenly being anti-Russia and trying to paint the Republicans as Russian "assets". It's because the USSR is no longer in charge of Russia, and the Dems weren't successful in snuggling up to Putin's political machine as they had been with the Soviet government.
