    st,

    Thanks, I'm still laughing!

Thing I don't know is: The difference beween a tranny and a lady boy?

Wait, wait, I think I've got it.

Tranny's still look like men (see rachel levine among many others...) and lady boys look like (but aren't of course) pretty women

Looks like Germany caved on sending Leopard tanks to Ukraine.

They had been blocking anyone from sending them unless the US sent Abrams. US said Abrams was not a good fit due to maintenance needs, especially on the power plant.

Germany still said nein during recent European meetings. I'm sure sgt Schultz got an earful from other Europeans over his foot dragging.

Then Poland dropped hints it would send them whether Germany liked it or not. So now German foreign minister says "if we were asked, we would not stand in the way." Looks like leading from behind to me.

I'm thinking Poland has their hands on the steering wheel. They know they are next on the chopping block if ruzzia isn't stopped in Ukraine, probably right after Moldova.

Because Russia under Putin doesn't have any kind of history of that. Just ask the Chechens, the Georgians, and now the Ukrainians...
You seem to have forgotten the Moldovans my friend. I'm sure they sleep secure having ruzzian troops on their territory.

I knew I had to be leaving one or two out. Putin's been a busy boy trying to rebuild Daddy Stalin's empire. He's also been destabilizing as many former Soviet territories as he can, even if they don't get taken over outright. Plus buying puppets like Lukashenko in Belarus.

I'm guessing all the fat old American men who relocated to Chișinău for the women and wine are gone by now. But Moldova has been accustomed to Transnistria being a time capsule of 1950s Russia since forever so I doubt there will be any hostilities there. They might be more nervous but, as far as I can tell, nothing has really changed for them.

I'm sure they're rooting for the Ukrainians, though. If Ukraine loses and Russia marches into Poland, the utter destruction of Moldova will be relegated to page 15 of everyone's daily newsfeed.

"Transnistria", is that the ethnic home of trannys? Can we send all of them back?

One thing I don't get... Poland is a neighbor of Ukraine and would seem to be more threatened by the Russians than most European countries. They have purchased MANY M1 Abrams tanks as I recall. Since it takes a bunch of logistics and maintenance to keep one of these beasts going, why are we not asking our NATO allies (the Polish) to come up with tanks rather than the US? They could supply the tanks and logistics...

Poland doesn't have that many to give - and they've provided Ukraine with all of the modernized the T-72s their Abrams tanks replaced. Or are you suggesting that Poland give all 116 of their M-1s to Ukraine and leave themselves with no tanks for their own defense?

The Poles are giving a number of Leopard 2 tanks to Ukraine. They had been waiting for Germany's permission to re-export, but finally within the last day or two said they would ship them without German permission. Germany suddenly decided they would grant permission. Poland has been pushing for this for a long time now.

Considering Poland's experience with Russian expansionist ambitions, they've been a very enthusiastically supplying Ukraine with weapons and urging all of their allies to do the same. But asking them to gut their own military to do so makes no sense - Poland shares a border with Russia and is not eager to relive their experiences as a Soviet vassal state in the mid-to-late 20th century again.

I recall reading an article some time back saying Poland was going to buy 250 M1 Abrams tanks and figured that with the bad buys next door they would part with some. It also occurs to me that the main threat to Poland is Russia... Was just posting a random thought.

Are we gutting our own military by supplying Ukraine with many first line battle weapons? Seems that we are considered the never ending supply of things for Ukraine. I am sure our brilliant military minds and CIC have considered giving all the hardware to Ukraine (and previously the Taliban) would still allow us to fend off other threats such as the Chicoms.

No. A bunch of the stuff we've sent them is considered obsolete by us and was simply sitting in storage, waiting to be safely destroyed. That process would have cost us money. Instead, we shipped stingers, et.al, that we would never use over to Ukraine for them to shoot at the bad guys. The MSM likes to quote multi-billion dollar prices to make stories seem bigger than they are. Politicians like to brag on their multi-billion dollar aid to Ukraine to make it look like they're doing something important. The numbers they are using are always the dollar cost to buy the stuff when it was new, completely ignoring the fact that much of what we sent them was effectively worthless to the U.S. military.

For several classes of weapons it was cheaper to send them to Ukraine than to pay for their safe destruction here at home. The MSM told us we were sending $X.XX billions of dollars of military aid to Ukraine when, in fact, we were actually making a profit by dodging disposal costs.

All the king's horses and all the king's men will not be able to put Ukraine back to 2013 borders unless Mr Putin is either deposed or killed. Belorus is positioning to get involved and if they just allow Russia to invade from the North while attacking from the South and the East...Ukraine cannot stand. 100ish great NATO tanks cannot win against 1000 Russian tanks. Yes Russia would be made into a pariah and sanctions would run rampant and Russian civilians would suffer, but if the HMFICs in charge want to savage Ukraine and their own military then they will do just that. NO one has ever won a war with a 3000 to 4000 mile support train while limiting targeting to only the invaded country's boundaries. Russian infrastructure, agriculture, transportation and even military airfields, assembly areas and staging areas are currently immune from attack. (those little drone flea bites are not attacks)
