I had the same surgery on basal cell carcinoma on my left temple about 4 years ago. Nuttin to it. It was a little sore the next day but not bad. The worst part was the deadening shots wore off before the doctor finished stitching up the surgery site. That got my attention but I took it and didn't say a word.

Are they going to remove the cancer cells from your nose?
If they take too much - maybe @General Zod could fix ya up.

Yup, any MOES on visual skin gets a plastic surgeon to close. Had it on my scalp (squamous), not a problem. Then they used staples to close. Same when I busted the scalp open, now 2 railroad tracks there. Some can be done on nose but usually try rad first. That stuff isn't as bad as chemo from friends that had both. Basil is more common, generally stopped by LN treatment. I've had some squamous removed by MOES. Another appt in Jan to treat the rest.
