I love seeing fools purchasing electric trucks. With no generator onboard and no way to buy a bucket of 1000 KWh, they might as well just load it up with Tannerite and fire away.

For the conceptually challenged, 18 gallons of gas x 20 mpg = 360 miles. Running at 80 mph that takes 4.5 hours. Assuming the vehicle is producing 300 hp or 225 KW, that’s 225 x 4.5 = 1,012.5KWh. You can play with the hp and get other numbers. It takes me about 5 minutes to fill my tank. The best chargers I’ve heard of take at least 15 minutes for 1000 KWh.

I drove an electric for 2 years. I loved the way it pulled to speed, kind of like a diesel. I hated taking 18 to 20 hours to recharge it with my puny 120 volt charger.
All true but the Rezvani cars and light trucks are gasoline powered ICE. Their car lineup had stuff like a 700 hp 2.4 liter and their trucks have 6.2 hemi V8 engines.

    The Aranchipoor snake.

Young Lieutenant walks into the regimental mess, and has a drink with the old Major. He tells the Major he is being posted to India, and did he have any advice. The old Major looked him in the eye and said "Beware the aranchipoor snake, It's poison is very deadly. They are yellow and black striped. If you see one, approach it from behind, grab the tail, slide your other hand up to the head and pinch it off before it can strike."

Several years later, the old Major is sitting at the bar and the young lieutenant appears, scars on his face, missing a hand, and walking with a limp. The old Major asks what in the world happened? The Lt. says "Major, I remembered what you told me about eh Aranchipoor snake. Major, have you ever grabbed a 500 lb tiger by the balls?"
