Benefit Oct 9th, Bullet Hole

Pending bulet holes confirmation that the above date will work, this is the plan.

What do we need?
What do we want to do as fund raisers?


My ideas:
Sell tickets to the event 25.00 a head (would include food)
Buy into contest with prizes (5 shoots for 5 bucks etc.)
Since they are private bays maybe some of you guys with IDPA experience can set up a course and this can be a buy in as well.


It would be nice and probably help raise money if we could get sponsors involved.

How do we want to advertise this? People will want to know who the benefit is for or some info before they will commit.

Post up the ideas/discussion, if George can't see this section I would suggest adding him and maybe Sterling.

Go for it ... I don't really have time to call the sponsors. By the time I get off it's close to 6 - 7 PM. You have my blessing to call the sponsors and explain the benefit to them. I suspect some of them will go for it.

I'll toss in a $100 gift card to Cabela's
