Depending on where you are, check out the local gun stores/shooting ranges. It will generally say on their website. Also depends on what kind of cleaning you are going for.

15 an hour is too cheap for me to mess with Cosmoline. That stuff is nasty.
Be sure to cleanup with gojo or power Orange degreaser. $30.00 sounds a lot more reasonable.

Cosmo's not too terrible to get off. You are, after all, just waiting a lot of the time (or when I cleaned up my MN, it seemed that's what I was doing). Waiting for parts to boil, waiting for mineral spirits to strip off parts, waiting for cosmo to ooze out of stock, and so on. $15-20 an hour + material costs seems reasonable.

The bullet trap in Plano charges about $25 if I remember their signage correctly. I do not recall if there is a specified turn around time.

Anything less than $90/weapon is a bargain.

Cleaning can take anywhere from one hour to two days, depending on the amount of fouling, grease, cosmoline and other filth that has to be removed.

In comparison, a car shop starts at about $80 for labor, a plumber will charge you about $110 just to get started, and a Septic Service will charge you $1500 to pump your tank, then dump the water (separated from poop) back into the tank.

Anything under $90 is a bargain.

    Be well.

personally I would charge a flat 30 to make it squeaky clean. mind you I think it's fun, and I get a chance to tear apart a new type of weapon
