They said the mandate is a tax, and Congress has the power to tax - is what I heard.

This is one reason why I said it all needs to be dismantled legislatively. Kill the bill. Then phase out Medi-X programs along with the withholdings. let eat state determine - and pay for - their own healthcare needs.

Well now I moved out to the northwest side in SA-town. I do miss C-ville but this Alamo Ranch area is blowing up.
