I've been using the Advocare and its working fine. Dropped about 25lbs with the 24-Day Challenge.
The only problem is the price.
Of course the guy at GNC was trying to sale me on the Mega Men stuff they sale but I haven't heard anything about them.
Anyone have experience with the GNC stuff?
If its good stuff it might be a better option for me since it is a month supply at a fraction of the cost.

My goal is to thin up and drop weight.
Exercise includes running every other day for about 30 min.

I'm currently taking the Advocare meal replacement shakes, MNS MAX C, ThermoPlus and the OmegaPlex.

Medic, I don't know how old you are so this might not be pertinent. Be extremely careful with the advocare stuff, it's almost pure soy. Soy will drive your testosterone levels through the floor. Ask me how I know lol.

    Wow, I never knew that.

Yea, me neither. Did the whole advocare thing, cleanse, spark, all of it. Until I couldn't stay awake all day anymore and had my T levels checked. "Normal" is above 400 or so, "good" is in the 900 range. Mine had fallen to below 200.

I run screaming from advocare now.

^^^^^Neon orange pee. Good stuff. Did advocare as well. The thing about advocare is that it is mainly the diet and exercise. The vitamins are 'nice', but you lose weight because you are eating right, drinking tons of water, and exercising.

It's the B-12 that does the yellow piss, but I can inject 2cc's of B-12 and it doesn't have the same effect.

I was gonna try advocare a couple months ago. I knew a girl who was selling it. Price talked me out of it.

If she's fully vested she gets like a 45% discount off list price.

Not sure if she was or is. It was gonna be about 150 for the 24 day challenge. I still might do it. I've got to do something. And that includes getting off my fat a** and running on the treadmill

Save your cash and try this for 24 days.
Lean meats and fresh veggies. No grains, starches, sugars, or dairy.
    Lots of water.

Of you can't eat it raw or cook it with a stick over a fire, pass it up.

It's hard. I've tried it a couple times but have too much stress and can't stick with it.

My problem is my job. I work for 20 days on a 75ft boat. While we do get plenty of food it's mostly crap. We do get meat and some fresh veggies(mostly frozen). There's not room to bring much of my own stuff. So it's a lot of sammichs and tater chips.
