Latest pawn shop find - Beretta CX4

Beretta CX4 9mm that takes 92FS mags. Comes with one Beretta 20-rd mag, top rail, side-mounted light, and Aimpoint clone sight.

Price tag: $399.

Good deal? It's just very dirty from what I could tell.

The last few used ones I've seen being sold online were going for around $600 in really good condition.

I went to the pawn shop this morning with cash in hand. And the owner says, it's not for sale. It's from our other store who got in trouble for too many mistakes per ATF. We're just holding the guns for them. What?!?

Then, one of the younger employees comes in, takes a look at the price tag, and says, "We ain't selling for THAT price!"

Beretta is not making any more CX4 Storms, that is now a collectors item.

I saw one at Big Town marked at $800.

It might have been a good deal.

From what I heard they performed like the Uzi 9mm carbines and were fairly reliable. Imagine finding an Uzi (IMI or Vector for that matter) for $600 in today's climate.

If I had the money, I'd be tempted at between $5 and $7 hundred.
