Our HHGs are in a warehouse in CA. It'll take 2wks to get here after we call them up and request delivery. We called about a month back to make sure everything got there and nothing fell off the boat. We hope nothing is too busted up. Getting a claim in will be a real test especially he's not active duty with regular access to support services. Ultimately we're hoping the old/crappe` things got broken so we can finally toss them out
We'll live with an airmattress between closing and getting our delivery. We're not calling until after we sign at closing. We can envision things going horribly wrong and then we'll be stuck with a delivery we have nowhere to put.
We've got to get a new W/D and fridge anyway. This will have us sustainable in the house and allow us to do a few things to the place before its full of stuff.

The option period had to be extended. Thanks to the seller for giving us the opportunity to continue with getting things done orderly.
