AHH HELL.......I'd be a fibber if I said that it took much arm twisting...

    I hear ya.

I just recently ordered another full KIDD 10/22 rifle for my upcoming birthday. It's the whole shebang (receiver, trigger, bolt, etc.) mated to one of their new ultralight threaded barrels.

I'll post a pic once she arrives.

Cool stuff. I wonder how he manages to keep some of those airsoft parts from melting during an extended plinking session...

man, that's a whole lot of 10/22, nice ones too.

i got lucky though about my 10/22. i saw an ad for one, didn't suspect anything. Turns out, it belonged to a dear uncle of this girl's and he willed it (with some other .22 rifles) to her after he passed away. It was made in 1984 and still has the metal trigger assembly. I got it pretty cheap and would have scooped up the other rifles also but they are more of "fixer upper" guns and he just didn't have the time to finish them. One has missing bolt, the other is missing the tube assembly, all kinds of stuff. The 10/22 though is complete though bone stock.
So i walked out with the 10/22 intending to re-finish it, clean it up real good, play with it and sell it. Well, curiosity got the best of me and on the way home, i tried the trigger pull in the car (weapon is checked before leaving the house) and MAAANNN, he shot the heck out of that rifle. I don't have a scale or anything but it must've been under 2 lbs. Needless to say, i kept it.
