I had Sean draw me up an NFA trust a couple of years ago with myself and my older daughter ( over 21 at the time) I now want to add my younger daughter who is now over 21 to the trust. Easy to do?

Get Sean to amend the trust with your daughters name on it, get the trust signed/notarized, go on down the road. As long as you get it done before the possible trust BS come early December.

Damn phone? You mean damn Asian!

You would have minors listed as beneficiaries, not as trustees. And as far as I know, there is no stipulating which items "belong" to whom. Think of it as the trust being a legal entity that owns the NFA items, not the individuals named in the trust (whether that's technically right or wrong, it may help you get the picture).
