Howdy. Looking for recommendations for an all-in-one gun cleaning kit. I have pieced together this&that cleaning gear over the years, and I'd really like to clean out and make my kit a one-stop shop. Everything from .22LR pistol up through 12 gauge shotguns. Everything in between like .380, .204, .45, etc.

    Thanks for everyone's recommendations.

I prefer a pieces together kit over an "all in one".

I started with a basic kit and added things over time. When it got hard to keep up with I got a larger gun cleaning box and continued to add stuff that I needed.

Haven't found a store bought kit yet that really has exactly what I want in it.

Ditto. And I use labeled Plano storage boxes to keep everything organized, and those boxes are kept in a Craftsman handle-carry toolbox. Everything is neat and orderly, no cluttered mess of crap to wade through.

The kits are basic useable parts. Not quality parts.
Individual components seem to be better quality.

Bore Snakes, Gun Scrubber spray can, and Frog Lube. A couple microfiber towels, and acid brushes for the Frog Lube. A few brass brushes for feed ramps. Nothing else needed. I use an ammo can to hold it, with pull out trays. Sure you have picked up odds and ends already, use them.
I have given up on patches after using a bore snake just one time.

Picked up my first bore snake for the .308 last night. Will still use patches because I don't want copper solvent to stay in the barrel.
