Since rain affects run off, then affects ground water, which affects springs and creeks, which flow to rivers and wet lands, the scientific argument could be made to say they all form a central nexus, contolable by the same Ever Present Asswipes that think wood stoves are whats ruining the air, yeah, right.

Damned Regulators have replaced Legislators, and Legislators have surrendered their Constitutional Duties!

Time to water the tree of Liberty!

This affects me directly since I may or may not have a seasonal creek that may or may not run through my land. While I will say that on the surface this seems to affect folks like myself more than others, I would like to point out that there is more pesticide, herbicide, and fertilizer applied per acre in most, if not all, city homeowners yards than there is on the fields out in the country.

I put fertilizer out at 200 lbs per acre. Weed killer at 2 pts per acre. Bug killer is rarely used. Guess where the real run off is coming from?

    Welcome to Obamastan!

I have to deal with these regulators every day. The headlines don't even begin to tell you what kind of power trip these cats are on. The top folks at EPA are hard-core socialists. Not only do they think they know more than you, they think they know more than nature itself. I've also noticed that they are taking a very, very hard line with Texas (shame on Texans for voting against their Great Leader!). The proposed Greenhouse Gas rules will triple your electric bills. No, I'm not kidding.

This Administration is averaging a new regulation every 2 1/2 hours. You should be very afraid.

Congress SHOULD be doing something about it. They are not. In part because they are as much a part of the problem as the commie running the White House and in part because big chunks of this country think this should be one big commune. Hence my avatar (which is a photo of the sign on the front of my house).
