There is a dude who lives around here with a placard in the back window of his little foreign car that reads "if you don't like my driving **** OFF". He is a little wormy looking dude. He and I need to have a conversation.

People use their vehicles as an expression or who they are, want to be or want others to think they are.

It reminds me of some or the folks in my Army Reserve unit. Monday-Friday...they were nobody. Put some chevrons on (i was an NCO too) and they had a few days to feel powerful.

My favorite was seeing a short guy hop out of his lifted Chevy after popping hood. He couldnt reach what he was trying to fiddle with underhood! But back in the big truck to feel powerful little man.

I tell my kids there's whole parts if society that are w/o tact, decency or our same sense of morality. They're gonna have to figure out how to live along side them without acting like them.

That being said it's just bull balls. Don't get why someone would put em on their truck. Don't get why others would care so much about seeing them. Maybe we should diaper all the bulls out there roaming pastures so as to avoid offending people who are driving by?

    This is a non event.

I heard Fl and a few other states were working on trying to make them illegal. I've also heard about some towns trying to do this. It's been a few years though, so I don't know who was able to pass it.

I think this would be a first amendment issue although i guess it could be considered "lewd"...but since you can see them on display in a field...i dont know.

It's sad that this is actually a topic of interest and they're not focusing on real issues. If they're worried about being "lewd" they should be worried about how skimpy people dress (not that I give two shits about it). Business must be slow in FL.
