So... where IS that stimulus money going? Which state scored a ZERO?

A political watchdog group, Good Jobs First, scored states receiving stimulus money on their "transparency." Most states scored really low. One state scored a big fat zero, meaning they're not telling anybody anything about where the money's going, what contractors are being paid, those jobs that are being created, etc. Guess which one!
