We hear about the bad pull overs when folks are CHL, so how about a good one for a change. Got pulled over two weeks ago by a State Trooper for speeding. I behaved the way your supposed to with hands on the wheel and informed the trooper I had a CHL and weapon on me, and just asked if he wanted to secure it. He asked where it was, it was on me, and then I informed him my license was in the back pocket and asked him if it was okay to reach for it. He consented, stepped back to watch me and I got my wallet and put my hands back on the wheel. He did his paper work thing in his car and came back with a warning. All hunky dorey from there. He was a professional through out the stop. I wish I had kept the paper work so I could have written to his boss.
