I just sent them an email about a few of the chrome parts I am lacking for the AR that are out of stock and was wondering what I can expect from them as far as helpfulness and response time?

I need disconnector, hammer, selector, and mag release button from them and then some Tubb springs then my lower is ready to be assembled...

Well this was interesting, the three pieces they show out of stock on their website showed up today while the one piece that was in stock is on a backorder?

    Weird..

So magazine release button and springs and then my lower will be ready for assembly!!!

I talked to them last month about building an AR for me. Nothing overly special. They gruffly said it would be 4-6 months wait and acted as if they did not want to do it.

...I am now looking at a Stag or Rock River AR.

I wish someone else made the chrome parts for sure, but I haven't seen any so I am stuck waiting for one more part it seems. I also had to call Midway today as I believe my last order was lost in the mail. This next set is coming via UPS with tracking number...

If I could get Midway to carry the Speedlock AR extractor springs I could get all my needed springs from them with one shot and no tax!!!
