$149.99. This weeks sale price is $119.99, and there is a $20.00 mail in
rebate which brings to finished price down to $99.99 plus tax.

Too bad I would use $120 in fuel round trip to a Cabela's

I have been looking for the link on Cabela's web site and they don't display firearms on their site other than the uber high priced ones.

I saw it in a mailer I got either last week or early this week. They had a lot of pretty good deals on shootguns as well. For some reason, they never show guns on line.

only have the G on sale $129.

Offhand, I got the flyer for Academy and they've got some decent prices on their .22s and shotguns. I was tempted to roll out and pick something up.

You know what? Screw McBrides. I ask about the 22 rifles and the guy basically just points "over there". He probably could have talked me into a $300 rifle. I'll just be heading over to Cabela's instead. It's easier on my gas mileage and the same distance time-wise anyway.

I'll be sure to post up any deals I see when I head over there.

To be honest, I have done quite a bit of business with McBrides (trying to help out a local business), but that's about to stop. The counter guys are generally rude and don't want anything to do with you. All of my McBrides business is now at Cabelas.
