I've met alot of snowbirds from Canada who said they routinely come to the US for better healthcare

Check with the American Indian on government health care, not a good
report card also ask any vet who has had to use a veterans hospital.

Goverment "care" = disaster.

Because the government doesn't have the profit incentive a private business has to actually make the customers happy! I had a doctor try cheaping out on my care once, I raised hell and got what I needed. Good luck getting that with DMV-provided health care.
