Trained bird dog - free

I was visiting with some guys from the Wylie Animal Shelter yesterday. They have a trained bird dog that the owner gave up. All the fees were paid by the previous owner, so you can have it for free. I saw the dog, it seemed to be a well mannered pointer of some sort.

Hell the state is loaded with breed specific rescues for dogs in need of a home. My current as my last three dogs are all recycled dogs.

Someone just gave us their Lab. They were moving to a small place that didn't have a yard for him. My family was really lucky to get such a great dog. My wife & daughter are spoiling him.
