I need someone with a 99 to 03 Ford F-150 to measure the tailgate, exact height and width for me. I cant tell you why because it is top secret, double nought spy kind of stuff.

I have the decoder ring. I have also been given top secret clearance by none other than Jethro Bodine, International Playboy and Double Nought Spy. If you do indeed have the specs I would really appreciate it.

Whichever one is the widest. I guess that would be the fleetside. I am trying to determine if is the same width as an f250. I was told it was on the 99-03, but just checking.

As long as the body styles are the same (sometimes they'll change body styles on one a year before the other), the beds are exactly the same - even if the bed is longer/shorter, the gate is the same.

yes the tail gates are the same. i know someone that has an f150 tailgate on their f250. only the fleet sides/supercab will fit though. the flareside and supercrew is way to small
