A disturbing case of child sexual assault coming out of Bishop.
3 News has learned that a Russian immigrant, living in San Francisco, met a 12 year old Bishop girl on the internet.
Tuesday, 21 year old Boris Babadz-Hahor is in the Nueces County Jail facing charges of aggravated sexual assault of a child, indecency with a child and burglary of a habitation.
According to police reports, Babadz-Hahor flew in from San Francisco over the weekend to have sex with the child. He was discovered in a closet by the girl's mother and was arrested by Bishop police.
The suspect is being held on a $150,000 bond

my wife had a similar situation happen at the hospital she works at, she works with kids who have kidney problems. she was making her rounds and walked into a patients room and some guy was in there that she knew didnt belong there so she hit the code button and the police came turns out he was a twice convicted child molester who wandered up to their floor.

That's creepy. It's sad when a hospital isn't safe from sicko's like that. Thank goodness your wife did a good job on her rounds and also didn't just "assume" it was a family member.
