    DFW area.....Wylie.
That's kinda cool. I do like that it looks a bit different than some of the other AR's.....same reason I like the Sig556. It might be one of the least expensive piston-driven models available.

Actually doesn't look half bad, plus I like Benelli a lot. Hmm, MSRP is $1299, so if actual retail ends up being ~$1000-1200, that would be a pretty sweet gun compared to anything else in the price range.

That's how I felt about it, I've already got enough long mags to keep it fed. I also can't think of another piston gun in the price range.

Yes, it will feel like a "block" and be ugly as hell but shoot all day.

I dont know for sure but I think that new Ruger piston rifle is around $1100-$1300

I paid $1400 for my SR556, but given the "upgrades" (quad-rail and BUIS) the price is reasonable as they would cost $400-$500 to add them to a basic carbine.

And this time around, to beat the previous torture tests they will put it into a vat of concrete, reinforced with rebar of course, and after however many days of hardening they will pull the trigger and it will blow the concrete to pieces because well it's a Glock and that's what they do. ;) lol j/k

Wow, I thought they were going to release this a couple of years ago. Finally.

What happened to the non-pistol grip version? I know some people were drooling over that in CA back when they announced this rifle.

Last, but not least - the charging handle on the right side of the receiver? Really? You're doing it wrong!!!
