I was under the impression the only way to check status was by calling the ATF.

How are you guys checking eForm status online?

I registered at ATFOnline.gov and see where I can submit new forms, but no where to check status.
    What am I missing?

I recently had some E-filed Form 1's approved and I got my PDF copies off the website. Perhaps "status" was an incorrect way of putting it. I just wanted to see if I had any more approved Form 1 PDF's in my acct - which I cannot log into w/o getting the "First Time Login" page.

In other words, it's treating me as if I had never set up an account. I can't even retrieve my just approved Form 1's - although I did save copies.

Ah ... so only the person or shop who submitted can check status on-line. Makes sense.

Maybe when everything gets sorted a customer can check status via serial number.

Ok, I just checked it and I was able to login as usual, and my account was normal again.

Interestingly, two of the previously approved PDF copies of my Form 1's that had a DRAFT watermark are now depicted w/o the watermark. My third one still has the WM - so I guess I'll call them tomorrow.

When an approval has the draft watermark, send the ATF an email notifying them of such.

The email can be sent to: eForms.Request@atf.gov
In the email, include the serial number in question and the control number found on the site / form. You should receive an updated form via email 24-48 hours after the request.
