I still think I would want to see it before I buy it. You might have to sink alot of money into it to make it reliable and a performer

By all accounts I've read about these, they're solid performers. As the ad copy states, they're all test-fired and given a summary once-over.

I bought one for my brother last time around when they were $550. There wasn't a single problem with it, as far as I could tell it was brand new. No cosmetic defects and from what I read that is the same condition the vast majority of other buyers received theirs in.

Glad to see they are that affordable... I'd love to p[ut the money into customizing my own instead of bying it outright... New furniture, new optics etc... The body only gets a certain amount of showtime... Most of the eyes are brought on by the add-ons...

Can anyone recommend an FFL in the San Antonio area?

I used Frank Boyd (wetmore shooting).

The only FFL I've used in the area, and only once at that. $20 per gun. Nice guy. Kind of hard to find place though and hours are a bit restrictive.

    Good looking out!

I might not have to keep traveling back and forth with my rifle and just get a beater for my place in Houston!

Anyone have any recommendations for places to have my rifle shipped to in Houston area?

I am close to pearland but I don't mind the travel so much for a fair price and good customer service.
