The wife went to Tampa two weeks ago and I've been Jonesin' for a Cuban sandwich since.

I made my own mojo and marinated a pork butt for three days. Made the bread too. So, mojo pork, sweet ham, Swiss, mayo, mustard and pickle slices. Hot pressed in butter. I gotta eat these more often.

Wife let me down last night on the dinner front. Freezer burned Hebrew National dogs with canned Hormel chili. Farting like a sailor this morning.

Maine lobsters steamed at the store. ($5.99/lb.)
I'll paint them with veg oil and sprinkle with homemade Emeril's seasoning and heat on the grill.
The seasonings get on your fingers when you tear into the lobster and then onto the meat.
We normally have sweet corn but tonight I'm sautéing spinach in bacon fat.
    Woo Hoo!

ground elk, stir-fried with frozen veggies and some stuff that tastes like soy sauce, but is something healthy. Can't remember what she called it. Tasty! Love the elk my buddy gave me.

That it! "Anything from Bragg is good for you!" says my wife.

Stuff tastes good too. We have been using it instead of the super salty soy sauce for about three years. What is the higher purpose of this stuff?

    Soup and salad.
Good way to end a 7 hour drive.
