Have you tried the Flash Bang? Also look at Kangaroo Carry

My girl and a gun instructor has a flash bang and she will let me try it. I just thought it was too up under there to get to, and my Glock 26 is kinda not super small. If I get a 43 it might work?

I will check out the Kangaroo.

I got my (Walmart.com, clearance) corset in, (for holster modding) and wow. Hard to get on. Lots of hooks and eyes and being not slim is not great. I mean I wear laced corsets otherwise but this may or may not work out. I will try to get it made this weekend (with the gun holster pocket. I'll use a Sticky holster in there I think).

Nah, it's not a big deal unless the thought of fat smooshing is TMI. That's pretty tame considering and a real life deal. Some of us are a bit fluffy, it's ok.

The regular laced corsets I wear as outerwear so it's not TMI. It can be part of a normal outfit.

See... that's not TMI. But you can dress them up a little more daring and have fun if wanted. But here I am OC. I think the "shapewear" ones like undergarments are not gonna be quite so pretty. And we will see if I can stand it AND if I can get my gun attached to it safely and comfortably.

Good on you WCDiva. I applaud your effort to keep yourself comfortably armed. I need to add "more holsters" or something to the 2017 gun goals thread. I have a few guns I'd love to carry - to change things up a bit - but I've never found any holsters to really check them out locally.

    thank you so much.
The holster thing, yes, my girl and a gun trainer today dumped out a whole box of different holsters that we could check out. There are so many. I have one I want to try, that she didn't have...the one I have seen online with the really strong magnets? But it's a little pricey.

The corset idea is hot (in a temperature way) but I can probably make it work. Being armed on my body is important and worth a little discomfort. I really hope I have the skills to make it (the sewing project) work out. I'll be really bragging if it works out for $15 instead of $115.

But yes, this lady in the video is very fine looking and makes packing multiple guns while looking great seem very doable. Let's hope she remembers to load the ammo up in those mags.

look, y'all can check out how she draws from concealment after chucking her Starbucks cup at a theoretical bad guy to confuse him or distract him or
    whatever.

The lady in the OP is the definition of "packing heat!"

Wildcat- nice picture and good going on the carry rig!
Friend Bonnie carries her Glock 26 in a shoulder holster with 2 extra mags. She covers the rig with what she calls a "shrug." To me, it's a very light shawl. It covers the rig perfectly and she rigs up like that almost everywhere she goes. She is 68, 5'1" and slightly round, but she carries almost 100%.

Bonnie works at a funeral home and makes many after dark trips home. Her rig is always with her although she leaves her pistol in the car at work.

See that is what I think I will have to do: have the rig ready while at work but just add the pistol as I am leaving. I don't like not packing as I exit the job. That is the one place I feel not very safe, as it's isolated and I'm alone and its kind of dark. They won't put more lights up because most everyone leaves at five and I only stay late sometimes. It's not in a bad place of town as all. I don't think it would be a target type place to commit a crime, though. I just need to get better prepared as I leave, use a flashlight when getting away from the building to the car, and make sure my hands aren't full of stuff.

I'm revisiting my plan, remembering that protecting self involves more to think about than just packing a pistol only. A good reminder and rechecking on that plan.
Thanks for telling me about what works for Bonnie.

    Gunz are icky.

Kudos to you for being aware of your situation and responding to it.

It seems most are oblivious to their surroundings and end up being food.

If the Flashbang doesn't work, try the Marilyn made by the same company. It turns your bra into a shoulder holster. They have other styles that may be to your liking....

I found a style of blouse that works over my Dene Adams corset holster and Glock 26 concealed.

I tried on like 20 blouses in a couple of stores and found five that worked. Which is a win. It's not normally my style, but this loose flowing blouse with A line hem or pleats or shirring above the chest is the way to go for success with this, I'm thinking.

After several fails, I thought I would report some success. I think it looks pretty nice. This $13 shirt came in two colors, and I purchased both.
