Found this on a local motorcycle forum.

Unrestored survivor. Has rock chips and the brightwork has some tarnish. But is ridiculously clean.

PO handed me a handwritten log of service and maintenance done since 2000.
It shows regular use since then. So she hasn't been sitting in a closet wrapped in a bed sheet. That's good.

Has a total of 26,000 miles and runs smooth as a newborn baby's bottom. Ridden it a few miles now.

First impression is great! but I don't recall them being so small. :(

Wow that thing is pretty! It is nice to see one that hasn't been chopped up into a rattle canned "cafe racer".

I think those were the "small" ones. The CB1000 was the bigger brother you remember. I had a nighthawk 750 in the 90's and it was much the same. Just a touch smaller than comfortable.

She looks beautiful. More pics please!

Found it in Sulfur Springs. The owner has a barn full of interesting motorcycles.

Got it home, and it began to rain. So not much opportunity to get decent pics.

Did ride it to breakfast at Mary's on the Brazos Sunday morning.
