Yes I did say that and I stick to what I said it sounds made up. Again like your friend told you a tall tale.
I'm not saying you were I'm saying just because someone in the military says something doesn't make it true. A lot of people think that just because someone was military it automatically means they are good people.
In other news I have a HK USP .40 compact basically new in box and 3 magazines for $550 around Lubbock area I'm selling. For the person that doesn't believe good deals happen.

Too bad you are not in the Houston area. I have mine on consignment here in Houston for $1275. In excellent condition and comes with a Primary Arms micro dot, FN side rail and 8 mags ( most still in FN boxes).
