This is what I see on the thread list.

Besides, I said in the thread that he was banned, and he didn't post anywhere else that I'm aware of. I may have claimed NASA did it...

Ah, I went to his last post to look for the strike through.
In the past, that would show the word "banned" below his name.

Yep, it used to change there status from member or whatever to "banned"

Aw come on, just being crazy shouldn't be a banning offense... get that started and this place would be a ghost town. Some places you have to pay for that type of entertainment.

I get the sneaking feeling that mods/admins "see" things that the rest of us unwashed do not--like, say, lines through banned members' names and such like. It's different at different forums though, so don't get my lyin'.
