A guy in GA wants to buy a firearm off me. He says he has an FFL. What steps do I need to take on my end to not be committing a felony by mailing it to him??

Short answer. Take it to your local/preferred FFL, have them verify his/her status, pay *shipping and or transfer* fees and done.

I'm sure somebody on here is smarter on this than I might answer in a more exact manner.

Ok, I have an FFL lined up, PayPal ready to go, and the guy emailing me his FFL. This isn't so bad, actually.

Also, the whole convo is on messenger, so if anything funny should come up, it's all documented. Including pictures of it in perfect condition.
