What industry apologists. I've never seen so many excuses strung together in a single "article" in my life. LOL

Amazing it works at all. Glad I can afford the "good" stuff. Not going back to Remington gold no matter what. Hopefully CCI will continue pumping out minimags and std velocity for the remainder of my lifetime so I can keep the better guns running.

I think these manufacturers are doing a pretty good job, if its really that difficult, I can count the number of times a .22 Lr bullet failed to fire on just one hand. I do remember some ones that scared me because the bullet seemed weak and went poof, instead of bang...Had me worried if a bullet in that lot might get stuck in a barrel.

    In the woods...
In the last year, I've had more misfires, or failures to fire with .22 rimfire than I've ever had. I'm talking 15-20, in various firearms, from at least two different ammo manufacturers (CCI and Winchester). I don't know if it is due to the high volume of manufacture, or what. I can say they were stored inside in a climate controlled environment and were new stock.

I notice that when I use my revolvers or Marlin lever action rifles, I hardly get any misfires at all. Sometimes a whole range session without a single one. But with semi autos I do get some misfires and fail to feed rounds. All bulk ammo. When I use the CCI stuff, zero malfunctions. CCI is my carry ammo.
