I hope you have some memoirs of all those things you're too embarrassed to tell while you're still alive set on a deadman switch to auto-publish when you go ;)

VP Biden is replete with words of wisdom on the usefulness of guns and in this case an AR-15 used by the Sutherland Springs, TX hero. Instead of hailing the virtues of a good guy with a gun stopping a bad guy with a gun. VP Biden felt it necessary to demonize guns and point out the virtues of his AWB legislation from years past.

    Another useful idiot!

During a question and answer session on NBC’s “Today” show, former vice president and rumored presidential 2020 contender Joe Biden said the hero who stopped the Texas church shooter earlier this month should not have been allowed to carry an AR-15.

Sometimes I've considered writing it all. I doubt it would be worth the trouble. The only real lesson to learn from my life could be put on my tombstone - "Don't do what he did."

    LINK to this???

They have to comply with the court order

    Double Naught Spy,

    2 Points:
    1. How should I "link" to a on-air comment by a spokesman for the cellphone carrier?
    and
    2. Do you actually believe that things on the Worldwideweird are more likely to be true than things that are NOT "linked to"?
(My guess is that there are more items on the Internet than there are things that are truthful.)

Tell everyone here how many court orders each year that various people/companies do NOT "comply with".

    yours, satx

We can't not do what you did, if we don't know what was done

    1. Simple, you know where you heard the comment. Go to the station's online site and get a link for the clip for the news story.

    2. Nobody else can find what you are claiming to have occurred. It is an unlikely stance that the cellular carrier is willing to go to court to fight a search warrant for the phone of a dead mass murdering former customer. Warrants are issued to cellular providers on a regular basis without conflict. So without some sort of proof of what you said you witnessed, it seems totally unlikely. If what you are saying is in fact that the cellular carry said, then there is undoubtedly a lot more to the story that might prove quite interesting.

    Update
    1. 27 dead 24 wounded
    2. Guy walked in and shot the church up.
    3. Shooter May have been slowed by LTD carrier
    4. Witness says Shooter isn't from the Sutherland Springs community,
    5. was dressed 'in full gear'
    6. Church have been live streaming the service
    7. Shooter may be a Devin Kelley

First off, my condolences to these families. In this environment of increased threats, it is important to have a plan of action. It now doesn't matter how big your church or organization is, the threat is out there and must be recognized for what it is. Plans of action must be made and discussed. I dare say practice.

Get the men and women who carry and teach the kids and discuss what the threats are and what will be done to deal with them.

In this case we don't have the data of whether this was a church member who was disgruntled, are some outside threat that has no connection to the church. We dont know where the shooting occurred in the church and what opportunities were present to stop the shooter.

In our church, we are LTC and even open carry friendly. Maby of the members carry and a reaction plan has been discussed amongst themselves and the leadership. Engagement zones hace been identified and discussed.
