    I missed this originally, my father gave me a SA .22, along with hand made leather cowboy belt/holster when I was ~9.

    ETA: It was stolen several years ago.

    Well this saves me some time. My kid brother (20 yrs. Old) is thinking he wants a gun for the house since I moved out a couple years ago and took all my guns. Also Boyert is having a sale so I think I can help him out. Maybe buy a used gun from them and gift him my first glock.
    OP sister is now 24
    Easy solution! Just get OP's sister to purchase the firearm. :evil:

    Hey ... this here necro thread helped me win an argument with my other half a couple of weeks ago when we were talking about a gun for my 18 year old, so I got to feel all knowledgeable and stuff during the discussion as I cited the applicable statutes. So there is that.

    I just didn’t bother posting about it. (Until now; aren’t you glad I finally did?)
