Sitting here drinking the WingedGoat coffee:

If you are looking for a smooth coffee then this fills the bills quite nicely, the notes of milk chocolate, vanilla, toast, tobacco are all subtle and rolls across your tongue rather than dance. It has a light nose and not acidity to spoil your morning. It does not come across as strong in spite of my heavy hand with the grounds. The flavors come from the country of origin rather than the explosiveness of the bean, this brings on an earthy smoothness to the cup.

If you like the smooth, clean taste of coffee then this is for you!

I requested Dark Roast, Turkish grind and I make it with a French press and use only water from osmosis filter.
