Did anyone attend this weekends gun show? I was a little disappointed but not surprised. The fewest gun sellers I've ever seen. I knew it was going to be bad when I saw a table with ladies hair care products. Any gun shows in the area that are recommended?

Yea, I went also and I didn't buy anything. I was looking for a reasonably priced .357 magnum that day.

I have noticed that too many items for sale at these EPT shows that are stuck at 2013 prices. I did see a few overpriced entry level AR's ($850+) being purchased by some young army kids. I guess they had money to burn.. Many of the AR's found were builds from the shop themselves that probably cost them $400 or so to make after a PSA sale.

I did find a stripped Anderson lower for $110.... other than that nothing special, and pretty much the same 'ol same. I was happy to see a pound of 6 year old Red Dot at that guy's table, but not for $50.

When I lived in Houston I found the Pasadena gun show to be pretty good, as well as the SAXET shows. I went to a SAXET show in San Antonio, and I was highly impressed. Venues out east are much nicer than here.

Las Cruces has a good show, and has more dealers. .. but you will find some of the usual's that frequent the Shrine show head up there as well and take their prices up there too. I tend to not miss too many shows, but I think I would rather save the $6 and stay home if things don't shape up soon. Ill give it one more before I quit the Shrine shows for a while.
