I found this product while I was looking to enhance the vividness of my PT92 with its fixed front site. This video was of me doing it on my XDm. I like it so far, much brighter than I expected.

I've had this stuff for quite a while. I use it on my XD's and it works really well. We had a member a few years back that sold this product but I can't remember his name though.

How often do you have to apply to light? does the paint work cold without being "charged"?

It does need to charge, but it doesn't take much at all. It does dissipate over time of course, but it will usually still be usable till morning.

I can't remember the former member that was here on site, it's been awhile. I just did a Google search for Glow-on.com and it's the same.

Part of the "kits" have some stick on dots. Those are the easiest way to use them. My kit it around 4 years old, I will dig it out in the morning and tell you how mine are still working. If that helps. I know for the cost I was extremely happy with the product.

Well, I found my Glow-On products. Put a light on the whole thing, and it appears to be still as good as new. The vial of paint, I had never opened. The sample drop on top of the lid still looks good.
The little precut dots are still looking good.

I'd love to use something like this for my HD weapon, which is an XD45, but it's useless since it needs to be charged first. The alternative is expensive night sights unfortunately.
