Yes, and if they are not required to set it right, that means the school board has an open door as to what they can discipline students for doing (and parents and citizens, etc.)I agree; the school board has overstepped their authority. They’ll soon be forced to remove that policy.
I'd say that could go either way depending on the national 2020 elections.May have to go to SCOTUS to get past the liberal judges, but the district is gonna lose eventually.
