I'm looking for a red dot scope like one I had in the past. It was a tasco Propoint pd4. I know it was a tasco, but it was a great scope for what I used it for. I do not want one of the little burris fastfire, dr., viper, etc. smaller scopes. I like the bigger field of view when pointing and would prefer a bigger type scope. I don't know if they make anything like that anymore. Its going on a revolver for speed type shooting and it's what has worked best for me.

Let me know and if you know where to get one please let me know.

    Thanks.

I've seen adjustable dot size up to 10 moa but not a single size 10 dot. The one I saw (Millett brand ~$100) was probably too big (probably 4" long) for a hand gun.

The red dots with the tubular bodies would be difficult to use in rapid target acquisition.

Can I recommend a Leupold DeltaPoint Pro Red Dot. It is available with a 7.5 MOA triangle, which works well because you can use the top point of the triangle for precision shooting. Or the entire dot for rapid acquisition.

The Deltapoint has the largest image area except say a much larger Eotech.

I'd disagree with you on that one--that bigger tubes are difficult to use in rapid target acquisition. It hasn't been my experience at all. I have tried the deltaPoint 7.5 moa, but didn't really care for it. Thanks for the input.
