Had my glock 26 on tx gun trader.
Had a buyer lined up. Then out of the blue he admits he's from alabama and has no Tx id.
I wouldnt have asked for a bos in the first place.
My spidey sense creeps in. He just stated in email hes prohibited from owning.
    What would yall do?

You can’t sell to him now because you know he is not eligible. Don’t even think about it now. You put yourself at too much risk, especially since you have it on record now on the internet.

    1. I do a ton of business on texas gun trader and that is a giant red flag. Tell him no thanks. I make it a point on my ads that if you dont have a texas DL or LTC, no deal. There are some shady people on there and given the amount of ads, I wouldnt be surprised if there was some type of LE or Fed activity trying to find people selling illegally

    2. How much are you selling your g26 for ?

Can you flag him on the website and maybe get him banned? In this climate, I'd be less worried about it being a 5-0 and more worried about it being a reporter looking for a story.
