    Huh?!? The company had a "no carry on property" policy. robertc1024 showed them the law you posted. The company changed their policy to allow firearms on the property. How exactly is robertc1024 against "legal carry to and from work"?!?

    This is an at will state, they tell you that you are fired, no reason or written statement needed. Of course you might gen up a discrimination claim due to ____ but if you are white, well don't waste your time. At BEST what they will do is pursue the claim, but NOT go after the employer telling you to hire a lawyer and do it. Time you spend the coin you are not likely to get back what it cost. Seen it too many times even in a legit case the EEO will not support whitey even with their own findings that shows you were discriminated against.

    Take it to the bank, employers are scared to death of blacks, gays, lesbians, just about any minority as they will file in a heartbeat and EEO even when they know its a phony case, they still chase it.
