Got a "2fer"
Head shots on armadillos. Leaves the hind quarters intact. Only good meat on them. Slow grill them with BBQ sauce like you would a goat.

We gave the Hogs to the ranch owner so He could give the meat to hungry people.
I didn't think I'd even hit the Armadillo. Was out with Hubby and our guide spotlight hunting, and it showed up.
Our guide said that there are a lot of hungry people in the area. He mentioned that even one of the preachers and his family "eat out of the woods", which I hope is by choice. Anyway, we did donate the meat to his church so some families can eat. Our freezer is already full and I'd hate to see good meat to go to waste.
