On the other hand, allegations of suppression of WMD evidence have been wholly in the form of unsubstantiated anecdotes and rumors (for example, Colonel Frank mentioned in this thread).
If you want more analysis on the flawed pre-war intelligence, there is plenty of literature available. You can start with "Failure of Intelligence: The Decline and Fall of the CIA" by Melvin Goodman. For a historical survey of CIA mismanagement, try "Legacy of Ashes: The History of the CIA" by Tim Weiner.

Sadly, I've come to the conclusion that he is a, "knows NOT & knows NOT that he knows NOT" sort of individual BUT is also & unfortunately utterly SELF-impressed.
Personal to "dmancornell": Be sure to provide everyone here with your documented academic credentials and training in the composition, use & effects of lethal chemical weapons upon human victims OR you could simply admit that you have NONE & are just "flapping your mouth".
(To give you an elementary answer to your SILLY question: The crude/"homebrew clone" of VX evidently doesn't cause immediate death but usually causes relative quick unconsciousness in many of its victims. Mixing a "choking agent", like weaponized chorine gas, with the "crude clone" may well assure a large number of eventual & painful deaths, even in the event that the "clone" doesn't kill the victims.)

Follow the conversation. My argument is that US government declarations on Syria demand skepticism due their intelligence failures in Iraq, especially when the current Syria chemical weapon claims have even less proof than the Iraq WMD charade.
You or Frank first, bud. Columbia doctorates are typically more well-read than most people. I'm not quite as erudite as David Kay but yes, I definitely graduated from high school and stayed at Holiday Inn. But credentials aside, do you have an actual substantiated critique of the report?
Your answer makes absolutely no sense. What is crude/homebrew VX? And even if the agent is "crude", nerve agents paralyze victims. Unconsciousness is entirely a secondary effect (pro-tip: usually when they're about to die from asphyxiation). At that point a "choking agent" is entirely superfluous.
Obviously your stated expertise from NBC school is entirely non-existent, so your claim of self-impression is rather ironic.
