    It's de rigueur now to internet survey.

    Even dentists do it. Even they've no shame in this area.

    Auto dealerships do it with service people begging you to respond about them internetly...kindly too please, as somehow it helps them keep their jobs. Do a really outstanding job service person and I might, otherwise f.o.

    And on and on.

    Simple solution: Ignore them. Ignore them one and all.

    You owe them not one iota of your time.

    If though, you aren't happy with their service, I'm sure you'll take the time to let them know the details of your dissatisfaction without being surveyed...
