L was my least favorite because of its "cruiserness" but still overall a great bike. It was a great time for Japanese motorcycles.

    Current stable.

I had a Windjammer full fairing, similar to the one on the far left. I got enough tickets for the state of Texas to request I send them my drivers license.

So, you no longer have a Bandit?
I had one of them in 2000.

I had a 2000 S model for a few years about the time I joined this forum. Put about 50000 miles on it and someone bought it from me to turn it into a drag bike. That was a great bike. I hear it's still running around in Illinois somewhere.

I've been all over the country multiple times on various bikes and I've never had an issue with finding fuel. There's a few places in the western deserts where it's a stretch and some may need to carry a little extra but it's an exceedingly rare circumstance in the US.

I lost mine when my house flooded.
It was in the garage with my truck, we weren't home at the time.
